Check out these new paintings...10/18/2020 The Holidays created an opportunity to try new things and to reminisce my impressionistic style. My mom and her hubs went to Italy, so I hijacked a couple of pics from their trip and created these two paintings in the style they prefer. For my boys, I up-cycled empty casings to create American flags and a University of Tennessee "T". It was a little tricky, but so much fun!       Major life changes made my world blow up...more than three years later, my life is abloom again. This new series is called "Life in Bloom" and I hope it brightens your day. having fun making this new mixed media piece, 8" x 8" x 3/4" on wood panel. :)  4" x 4" mixed media on wood panel. Feels amazing to get back into making art again. |
