Once there's an agreement established (and contract signed), a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required. The balance is accepted upon completion.
When does the painting begin and how long does it take?
The begin date and expected completion date are determined on a case-by-case manner.
There is usually a waiting list for commissions, but all of this is carefully explained in the contract with a fairly accurate timeline.
Each piece is different depending on many factors including type of materials used, varying drying times, size, start date, etc.
What if I don't like the painting?
There's three checkpoints where you have the opportunity to actively contribute to the direction of the art; after the first pass, after the second pass, and during the final phase of finishing touches.
Every aspect, big and small, is considered when creating your remarkable piece of art. The best of the elements are intertwined throughout the artwork, making it a one-of-a-kind masterpiece and keepsake.
Every effort is taken to ensure that you love your painting as much as I love it...and I am my own worst critic.
My style is consistent in the fact that you will know what to expect the finished product to look like. You will love it. :)
who has the copyrights to the art?
The artist retains all copyrights. This means without written consent by me, you may not make copies, prints, or reproduce my original art in any way.
Do you ship, deliver, and/or install?
Absolutely, I will ship it. If you're in the Atlanta area, I am happy to deliver it. And, yes, I would be honored to install your new art if you'd prefer.
What are your rates?
$2.50 - $5 per Square Inch. The bigger the painting, the lower the rate. Any size available.
